Welcome to our eleventh edition of our Risk Monthly Round up, where we look back on all that has gone on across Risk, DCIQ and DatixWeb, and with you, over the past month and send it straight to your inbox.
Risk User Groups Chairs
Risk User Group Customer Chairs
As we near 2025, we’re planning some exciting changes to the RLDatix Risk User Groups that will need your support. The purpose behind them is to remain a space for open and meaningful discussions on patient safety and risk management to help grow your network in the community. To help make this happen, we’re wanting this forum to be a customer led forum that RLDatix will facilitate and support.
Moving forward, we are currently looking for customers to step forward as chairs of the Risk User Groups across all locations.
These chairs will help set the agenda for the event, run the event on the day, and work with the DCIQ and DatixWeb community to drive attendance for the sessions.
RLDatix will still support the organisation of the sessions from a logistical standpoint and will attend the sessions to engage in discussions and provide updates to you on our Product Roadmap.
How can you get involved?
If you think you might be interested in becoming a Risk User Group Chair, then please reach out directly to [email protected].
Risk User Group 2025 Survey
To help us plan the 2025 Risk User Group agenda we have created a short survey to help gather your feedback.
It should only take a few minutes to complete and will provide us with valuable feedback so we can maximise the value they bring to you and maximise your engagement.

RLDatix LFPSE Updates
NHS England StEIS Update
At the end of October NHS England released further information on the closure of StEIS. NHS England have stated that the closure of StEIS is dependent on organisations being able to use the V6 LFPSE taxonomy, which captures insight from learning responses under PSIRF.
NHS England have recently assessed how many healthcare providers have transitioned to the V6 taxonomy, and have seen that V6 is currently still being rolled out and so is not widely adopted enough for NHSE to close StEIS.
We are currently working on adding the V6 LFPSE taxonomy to DCIQ and DatixWeb and expect it to be available in Summer 2025.
Read NHS England’s full guidance here.
DCIQ and DatixWeb PSIRF Data Update
In the Autumn the PSIRF questions from the LFPSE V6 taxonomy were made available in both DCIQ and DatixWeb for customers to add to their form design to capture this information from end-users.
However, if you have updated LFPSE to include the PSIRF questions, then please note DatixWeb and DCIQ will not send the data that users provide in these fields to NHS until we release the full V6 taxonomy in a future update.
