NHS England Staff Survey Results
NHS England recently published the NHS Staff Survey 2024 results, one of the largest workforce surveys in the world. Sent out to over 1.3 million NHS staff each year and completed by around 600,000, around 45% completion rate.
The Staff Survey acts as a litmus test to understand how NHS staff are seeing the NHS, and also for them to provide feedback to help create continual improvements to the NHS as a whole.
You can view the National and Local Results of the Staff Survey here.
In the Staff Survey, is a section on questions around Patient Safety showcasing broad themes around patient safety incidents and how NHS staff perceive and feel about risk. We have picked out a few key statistics, but would suggest your read the full national and regional reports to get the full picture.
